The seed of the incrible story was planted more than 5 years ago when our co-founders, Abhishek and Rajesh realised that banks and financial institutions were highly focused on large transformation programs rather than solving real day-to-day problems with user-led technology solutions. Whether it was a tier 1 bank or a startup, bankers and credit analysts spent countless hours collecting, rekeying and analysing financial data. This was a process that could consume anywhere from a few days to several weeks - all the while an anxious customer was waiting to hear if they could get their money and if their business could survive. 

 

During COVID lockdowns, Abhishek and Rajesh would go on walks to discuss real stories of the pain that customers and bankers had to go through and how technology had let them down. They thought, “we have to find a better way to do this” and as a result in early 2022, incrible was brought to life.
